Song file names WAY too long, artist repeatedly added...

Greetings folks. I'm excited to be using CD Ripper and and quite happy with it. I've scoured the FAQ section and searched the forum looking for an anwer, but to no avail.

I'm not very familiar with the file naming code.

So here's my problem. The mp3 file name contains the song title, then the artist is listed REPEATEDLY before the ".mp3" closure. I'm having to rename a bunch of songs, erasing the artist's name after the song title.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

something has gone haywire in your file naming code. Can you post the contents of the file naming scheme from the ripper here and I'm sure someone can debug it for you. I suspect it has "artist" listed several times in the code, thus the output. If you're not sure how to see/edit the file naming scheme, someone can point you in the right direction. I'm not on my computer with dbpa at the moment or I could point you in that direction.

OK, nevermind! I modified the name code and deleted the artist instances that were after song title....it appears to be correct now. THANKS!!
