Perfect rip gaurentee

Ok, so basically my question is, if after ripping a cd, and receiving all accurate rips with confidence, does that gaurentee the rip is perfect, regardless of the cd drive used, and drive setting used to rip?

"Guarantee" might be a bit strong but theoretically yes.
