If I insert my "Gregorian Moods" disc to dBpoweramp, all 19 tracks are listed on AMG, GD3 & freedb although the album name and cover art are shown as "Gregorian Chillout, Disc 2". So almost certainly a different pressing of the same material then. When ripped, all tracks bar two show Rip Status "ghosted grey X AR + green tick Secure". The other two tracks show "green tick Complete". No mention of this status in the CD Ripper Help pages that I can see.
Q1) What is the significance of this subtle status variation?
I re-ripped and over-wrote the first pass files for these two tracks, and this time got "ghosted grey X AR + green tick Secure", so all tracks are now the same!
