Error ripping to mp3(lame)

I used to use an old version of DBpoweramp with no problems. I decided to buy the PowerPack/mp3 version last night. It will not rip a cd to mp3. It says "Error ripping to mp3(lame). gives pathname.... Standard CD Player Emulation is only supported by dBpoweramp Reference.

What is CD player emulation? I'm just trying to rip to mp3's like I done for years. I thought PowerPack allowed that. I also don't see the CD Ripper menu under options. Isn't that also part of Power Pack?

CD Ripper >> Options >>

Select either burst ripping or secure.

I don't have that as an option. All I have is Encoder Priority and After Ripping.

Click on the "Options" button (not the little arrow).
This will bring up the options dialog where you can select the ripping mode.

The choices you are seeing are from the context menu that is displayed when clicking on the arrow next to the Options button.
