ripping at 0.2x

i was wondering what is going on just today my dbpoweramp was ripping at 0.2x i have a full version that the computer guy in my family purchased for me, i ripped the 12 dogs of christmas from the album of the same name, which was ripping at 0.2x it took 15 minutes for just a 3min song!

i have windows vista
i cannot find dbpoweramp version, so i don't know?

It is the CD drive which decides what speed to rip at normally, if only on one disc then the drive took exception to the disc (was having trouble reading it).
