mp3 encoder trial expired message - only installed trial 1 hour ago??

Just installed the trial version for dbpoweramp reference (from 'dMC-R13.3-Ref-Trial.exe' - I assume this is the trial version). However, when I try to use CD Ripper to encode mp3's I get the message:

'mp3 Encoder trial has expired, purchase mp3 License to continue encoding to mp3.'

I also get a popup window saying:

Component requires Power Pack and mp3 license
and,
AMG, GD3 & MusicBrainz: Access Expired

I only installed it an hour ago and have never installed it before so I'm a bit confused. I thought the trial was pretty well full function for the first 21 days.

Any thoughts anyone?

Ignore previous post after reading this post it looks like a permissions issue I need to work through.
