Hi -- data entered into the "comment" field in dBpoweramp prior to ripping doesn't show up in the Windows Explorer "comment" field for the ripped file. That field just ends up being blank. I'm guessing there's something different in how dBpoweramp encodes the comment tag vs. how Windows Explorer expects to find it? However, when I look at the file that dBpoweramp created in MP3tag (a tagging application), the comment field shows up correctly. And comments created in MP3tag _do_ show up in Windows Explorer.
Any ideas? Is there an easy way to fix this? I'm running Windows 7.
Thanks!
Alan
