"Profile" feature is greyed out

When I upgraded from trial version to registered, the "Profile" dropdown became inactive and has remained so. This is unfortunate, because it's pretty useful! An uninstall/reinstall has failed to restore it, and although I can find the registry settings I can't work out what to change.

Any advice, please?

Only Reference has this feature, not Power Pack.

The trial was a Reference trial and, as Spoon mentioned, that feature is Reference only: http://dbpoweramp.com/db-versions.htm
