flac tester / audiotester

Hi maybe this is wrong place to ask but I need to know
Does anyone else here use the audiotester from this site ? http://www.vuplayer.com/other.php
In the program they ask for "drag and drop files here" Do they mean that I shall drag the files from my explorer window to the program window ?
And no browsing as in the older version ?
