computer running slow

Hello Everyone,

I've been using CDGrab for several years now with no problem. Within the past couple of days, my computer has started running really slow while the program runs. When I look at the CPU usage, it averages around 60% but can go up to the 90s.

Any thoughts on why this is happening all of a sudden?
