CD Ripper Adds Comments to Metadata Titled "DESCRIPTION"

I just ripped to FLAC and have noticed that CD Ripper will add the comments to metadata titled "DESCRIPTION" rather than metadata titled "COMMENT" as used by any other tagger or player that I have used. My player and tagger cannot see these comments there.

    Any reason for this?

Because the Ogg Vorbis tagging standard has DESCRIPTION as COMMENT, if programs which do not follow the simple standard, you can set dBpoweramp to write COMMENT in dBpoweramp Configuration >> Codecs >> Advanced.

Is it? I didn't know that.
