Recomended settings for ultrapass ripping

Hi guys.....i want to know what are the recomended settings for using ultrapass ripping......what settings can give the best quality(compared to original CD) mp3 output?

1.Will there be any chance of increasing quality by using more number of ultra passes?

2.How to setup the AR manually for Db?

1. Depends on CD drive, if you have the choice use c2 error pointers
2. Not possible
