Problem using the dynamic naming (help)

I have a problem using & understanding the dynamic naming i want to rip a single artist cd to a folder such that the name of the folder must be the Album Name and it must not have any sub-folder and inside the album name folder there must be all the songs (mp3s) and the mp3s must be named as
[Album name] - [track no] - [song name]
Please send me required code so that i could directly paste it and get the needful.
Also if i am using a compilation cd made from various artists what is the code please send both of them so that the neccesary above requirements are satisfied. thanks
