CD Ripper Not Responding

Hi,

I had used CD Ripper before in my computer but today everytime I access it, it freezes (just the program, not the PC). I re-installed it (13.2 v) but still not responding. Any ideas what could be causing this problem?

Follow instructions here:

Then reinstall again and try ripping with default settings.
