Non-existing meta data

There is probably an answer to this q somewhere in the forum. Anyhow, if meta data doesn't excist (brandnew CD from a small label), what is best way to add the data in dB?

Type it is then select Meta Drop Menu >> Submit to >>

I tried to type in artist/album/genre/year (track title can't be changed?) but I can't submit the changes (AMG and freedb grey/not active).

Select the track, press F2 (you will only be allowed to submit when you have typed the track names).
