Album Art

I am a newbie and have recently registered with dbpoweramp.

when i ripped the first couple of cd's to flac, it automatically downloaded the album art. However, after that it just stopped.

Does anyone know what i need to do to get this sorted out?

Have you run dBpowerAMP Configuration to check your subscription hasn't expired?

i have checked - i still have 358 days remaining!!

am i supposed to click on something for the artwork to appear or sould it do this automatically?

Insert a new disc, after meta data is retrieved press ALT + M to show which providers it came from, on a popular CD all four should be populated.

When i press Alt + M noting happens. In fact under the Meta tab, the "Review PerfectMeta Matces" is greyed out and I cannot pick it as an option.

Click the meta drop menu, make sure AMG, GD3 have the grey background.
