    Inaccurate rips?

Hi, I`ve had this fantastic cd ripper and converter for some time now but there`s one problem I keep encountering when I extract audio off CD. Whether it be to wav. , flac or mp3 I still manage to see that frustrating "Inaccurate" in bright red after the rip? Now I could understand if the CD album was scratched or scuffed but these are practically brand new CD discs, I look after my CD collection and the majority of the time I only do "lossless" audio but dropping down to mp3 320 at times - space is no problem for me I just believe in maximum quality! ...anyway to get back to the point I`d like to know why I`m getting this Inaccurate rip allot? not all the time but sometimes certain tracks are accurate and then some inaccurate on the same CD album?

Any help would be appreciated but please explain in easy to understand terms and possible links to help correct this problem.

    many thanks.

    Re: Inaccurate rips?

It means the files are inaccurate - either due to the disc, or your DVD drive. The amount of inaccuracy might be a single sample which wrong or many. Even though discs are not scratched does not mean there are not manufacturing defects.
