DB Access with PP to Ref Upgrade?

I just upgraded from Power Pack to Reference and expected to get a year of Meta Data access. Any attempt I make to get meta data for a CD rip, (including when I choose freeDB) result in a an "AMG access expired" error. I must be misunderstanding something here. :confused:

Any help would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks.

Upgrades do not include PerfectMeta licenses.
