I have bought the same cd of The Cramps (absolutely new never listened before) , one in France and one from UK with the same result regarding the accurate rip report.

It is a little odd, track 2 has a different confidence than the other tracks, so it could be:

A different pressing, where that is the only track ripped (nothing in AccurateRip requires the whole disc to be ripped),

The confidence 3 on the other tracks is almost certainly a 2nd pressing to yours.
