Advice for moving to new computer?

I just got a new computer and plan to move music converter and CD ripper to the new machine, make sure everything's working the same as on the old machine, then decomission the old machine. Are there any issues with doing this? When I run the AMG or other fee based database activation on the new machine, does it have a problem since the old machine was already registered? Anything else I should know about?

No issues, just install on your new machine fresh.
