Blue Box around track rip status

What does the occasional blue box that surrounds "rip status" for a track mean. It comes and goes during ripping and I've only noticed it on tracks where I'm having problems getting a secure rip.

The blue highlight indicates that a new error (previously concealed on a previous pass has been detected)

Since it is not quite obvious what the colors mean without reading the help or forums, it might be easier if it explained when mousing over the status.

Perhaps including some track specific status information from the log in the mouseover as well.
