    no art work when ripping

OK, I bought the dbpoweramp R13 on 17th March 09 and have just ripped my 1st cd but it is not coming up with any artwork. When I look in the configuration tool it says that Access has expired and needs renewing for the AMG, GD3 and MusicBrainz which cant be right because I have had it less than a month.

Can anyone let me know what I have done wrong when installing it so I can get it to look for art work when I rip cd's.

    Cheers

Re-issue registered version of dBpowerAMP can be downloaded from this page:

(clicking the above link from your email program might not open the link, copy and paste it into the title bar).

Enter your Order reference / receipt number when asked, a download link is then presented. Lost your order number? visit the above link to lookup.

Noting PerfectMeta (AMG) activation is under the main download link, where eligible.

That works a treat but just a couple more questions:

        > Is there a way to use dbpoweramp to add artwork to all the existing flac files I have?

        > Is there a way that I can use it to generate a file (excel/word/pdf) of all the album's I have on my hard drive?

P.S. I wish I had bought this sooner rather than use eac to rip all my cd's

          > Is there a way to use dbpoweramp to add artwork to all the existing flac files I have?

If you do it manually >> Right click on a file >> Edit ID Tag >> Add Album Art

          > Is there a way that I can use it to generate a file (excel/word/pdf) of all the album's I have on my hard drive?

Install the Utility Audio Coded 'Audio Info'.

I can't get any album art recently. I've upated to version 13.2 but the problem occurred on the previous version too, though I'm not sure when it stopped retrieving. Configuraton shows registered power pack 13.2, with Perfect meta data 281 days remaining. What should I try?

For a disc (popular) when the metadata comes in press ALT + M to review the metadata, al 4 providers should be filled in.

                Alt + M doesn't work either.

Press the MetaData button and wait for the metadata to come in (it will show a popup info yellow tip over the button showing where the metadata came from). It should shop in this popup PerfectMeta: AMG, GD3, Musicbrainz & freedb, does it?

That doesn't seem to work either. When I hover on the Meta button it sometimes shows MusicBrainz in a yellow box but not the others. If I click on the Meta button I get a white blank window and Windows hourglass for c. 40 seconds. If I click on the dropdown next to the Meta button I see MusicBrainz, CD Text and TrackType in grey but the others in white.

I'm testing it with Alanis Morrisette/Jagged Little Pill and Lily Allen/It's Not Me, It's You

                      Put with a grey background:

                      PerfectMeta
                      dBpoweramp Cache
                      AMG
                      GD3
                      MusicBrainz
                      Freedb

all the others are not required
