    CD ripper won't start

I've just moved my dbpoweramp to a new Vista HP m/c from an old XP where it worked perfectly.
Not with Vista though! When I try to open the programme it takes me to Explorer and aks me to select audio files! Before it open the program and I would simply insert a CDand off it went.
Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
    Thanks

How did you move it? you need to install it, not copy the files.

You are launching the music converter, if you want to rip a CD you should use the CD ripper.
