No standard Album Art sizes

I'm curious why there isn't a standard size for Album Art. I am getting some odd sizes for a lot of albums(250x247). They could have at least made it a perfect square 250x250. Are these user submissions?

I would like for all my album art, to have the same exact dimensions. Does dbpoweramp get album art from a different provider each time? Is there a way to tell it to use only one provider for album art?

The providers will have all different sizes internally, but from a perspective of a player which would show album art, there is no real difference between 250x250 and 250x247
