No Album Art showing up on my CD Ripper

Hope someone can help. I just revalidated my software but the last 100 or so CD's I've ripped have no album art. I'm doing non compressed WAV. It did include the album art but now it doesn't.

So 2 questions

#1 - how do I fix the CD Ripper to include album art?

and

#2 - anything I can do to add album art back to the 100 CD's that I've already ripped?

Album art is not showing in the Album Art section (bottom right of CD Ripper), also run dBpoweramp Configuration and see if perfectmeta is active.
