Problems displaying album artwork

I have been archiving my music collection in WAV format and have discovered a problem when importing my collection into Windows Media Player. It appears that Album Artwork is displayed correctly for some albums, but is missing on others. All my music has been ripped using the same profile and the artwork is imbedded in all the files, but Windows Media Player seems selective about which albums it wants to display the artwork on. If I use Batch Ripper or Music Converter to convert the files to WMA it all works fine when I import those into Windows Media Player. Why is this happening and what can I do to make Windows Media Player display the album art for my WAV files correctly?

Make sure you have folder.jpg containing the art as well.
