Track Tag in FLAC

Is there a way to make the track tag a combination of disc number + track number, assuming the track is padded. EG- Disc 1 track 1 would be 101 and so on. This would make things much easier for multidisc sets that I put in one folder. Currently, I'm manually editing the track numbers, but it would be nice to set it up automatically. Thanks in advance for any help.

Depends on ID Tag used, but generally no.
