Can I install a tag editor on Windows Home Server?

I have just started with ripping with RIPNAS Essentials for WHS and I hope I am off to a good start because of RIPNAS- It is really great- but I now have a lot of tagging changes to make- I use a Squeezebox and rip classical music to FLAC only. I am not sure how tempermental WHS is about loading software not designed for WHS. I have looked at Tag & Rename so far, but not installed it. Also looked at Mp3tag. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you remote desktop in, there is dBPoweramp already installed (right click on the files >> Edit tag).
