ripping but not pulling thro the artwork

I used the demo/free version and it all worked fine, the ripping and the artwork being pulled through.

Since I paid for the full version and registered though, as I rip now, I dont get any artwork for the albums I'm ripping which are new releases and back catalogue.

Help!
