Btw, I have done some further testing with the Music Converter and although for most times that part of the AIFF codec is fine, when converting WMA Lossless it actually drops samples even when using the Music Converter.

Converting to WAV from WMA Lossless and then to AIFF using the Music COnverter takes care of the problem.
