Unable to submit metadata

Since the new install, I have been unable to submit metadata to FreeDB or AMG.

The menu choices are grayed out.

I'm probably missing a setting somewhere.

Addendum: I back spaced over the Album Artist field and then retyped the info. That seems to have activated the menu choices that were grayed out and I was able to submit.

Strange behavior...a bit unfriendly.

If you get your meta-data from PerfectMeta, you cannot resubmit it to FreeDB or AMG, due to agreements with the providers.

There was no metadata to begin with.

I entered all the information into dBpoweramp and was initially unable to submit it until I re-entered some of the same data.
