Vista x64 Throws Win32 Error on Installation

When I try to install dbpoweramp media converter trial on my Vista x64 machine, I get a windows error saying that the setup file (dMC-R13.1-Ref-Trial.exe) is not a valid Win32 application.

On the download page it states specifically that this program supports all 64-bit versions of Vista.

Do I need a different setup file?

You only have part of the install, clear the internet cache and redownload.
