Cd ripping and Lame eoncder

Im trying to rip a cd, but Im having issues with lame. All options are greyed except cbr. I cant select vbr like I normally use. Only thing I can select is cbr and encoding speed. Any ideas? This is the registered non premiere version. I would think for archival purposes vbr is the best, but I cant select it lolz!

Choose "mp3 (Lame)" as your codec, not WAVE and then Lame-mp3.

NM I figured it out. I feel like a idiot. Thanks for ya help. I didnt see the spot where to pick lame till now.
