auto-naming cover art

Hi All
How can I change the name of the cover art file to be not a constant name (i.e. "CoverArt.jpg"), but rather a dynamic name (say, the name of the album+Artist).

Instead of selecting 'Folder.jpg' type something like [artist].jpg
