Album Art - Better from Windows Media Player or Perfect Meta?

Where do the album cover art pictures come from in CD Ripper? How about Windows Media player?

Some of the scans I've downloaded in the CD Ripper have not been great quality, and I was wondering if I would be better off not using the downloaded pictures but letting WMP add it to the ripped files later.

One down-side to that is that WMP art tends to be smaller ...

Any opinions?

CD Ripper uses DG3 and AMG, WMP uses a modified AMG.
