Newbie needs help with tagging

Generally, every time I rip a CD I have to do the following:

1) Change the Composer from "Benjamin Britten" to "Britten, Benjamin"

2) Change the Artist and Album Artist to the conductor

Is there anyone to have dba does this automagically?

You can use the DSP effect ID Tag Processing to map artist to to conductor.
