folder.jpg missing on some rips?

Forgive me if this has already been answered. I did a cursory search and couldn't find the answer.

I just purchased dBpoweramp reference and am starting to rip my CDs. Everything seems to be going well but I've come across one little annoyance.

All of my rips properly save the album art within the metadata of each ripped track. However, despite having it set to also save the album art to the destination folder as folder.jpg it only saves it for some CDs and not others.

What's up with that?
Any ideas?

So when you have no folder.jpg, there is still album art in the files? What version of dMC are you using?
