"Unable to match CD drive to file" error in CD Ripper

Have registered copy of Music Converter (MC), Batch Ripper (BR) and CD Ripper (CR). Both MC and BR are functional. When I try to use CR I get error message "Unable to match CD drive to file". The operating system is Vista Home Premium and the DVD/CD drives are both SATA connections. When I open CR there is a pop up window captioned "Insert Audio CD Into". In the selection window is the message "No CD drive found". Any assistance will be appreciated. Thank you.

Go into the CD Ripper Options and try changing the "Communication" to "Windows Internal". Does that help?
