Newby Q: Album art not being found

I am usually pretty good at finding my way round most software, but this problem has me stumped.

When I rip a CD I get all the tag data I want but never get any album art. I am using the "reference" version of the program.

I am probably missing something stupidly simple. Any tips please?

You are using 'CD Ripper' to rip the CDs? album art should appear in the lower right hand corner of the screen.

      Yes

It doesn't, and hasn't for any of the 20 CDs I have ripped with the software so far. I simply get a picture of a blank CD and the message "no album art".
Just tried it with a new album I have just bought, Kate Bush's "Ariel". I get all the tag information (a choice of about 8 sets acutally!) but no art.

Is there a setting somewhere I might have missed?
I am ripping to flac files if that is any help.

Check dBpoweramp Configuration and make sure you have an active subscriptiong to PerfectMeta, first of all. Second, make sure in the meta drop-down arrow, make sure AMG and PerfectMeta are both checked.

          That did it!

          Thanks for the help.
