As I've mentioned in other threads, I have several thousand CDs to rip.
As I mentioned in another thread, I had to abandon my old computer circa 2006 that seems to have trouble booting consistently.
I'm using a cheapie HP Pavilion circa 2007 that I upgraded a bit while I'm having a new computer put together.
I installed dBpoweramp CD Ripper on the newer computer, and low and behold, I'm getting faster rips and more metadata than I did on the old computer.
My question/comment is basically about the last bit: why am I getting more consistent metadata (98% vs 80%) than I did on the old computer?
Coincidence?
