237 consecutive frames all match "10/13" -- coincidence? Methinksnot.

I have this disc (a bootleg-recording on CDR) where in Ultra-Secure mode, after 4 passes (my settings say min 3 max 4) 237 frames are re-ripped. Log reveals that it is 237 consecutive frames, and that each and every one of them pass precisely 10/13.

How come, asks the curious little piglet.

What drive/chain? Is C2 enabled? Are these at the beginning, middle or end?

Can you create a similar experience with this disc in a different drive?

Can you post the riplog for this track?

Ewww ... nothing is reproducible here. In fact, now the track rips perfectly well -- with a different (but consistent apart from first attempt!) CRC.

      Hrmph.

I'm still interested in the answer to the questions...
