    Batch Ripping Confusion

I have a 36 disc boxed set (complete Scarlatti sonatas) so I thought I'd try out batch ripper. What I want to do is set up the batch name as the album name and have the discnumber start at 1 and increment each time I insert a disc (I am using a single drive.) I can rip the discs OK in batch ripper but the tags aren't behaving. I have used [BatchName] and [tag]BatchName[] in the album field but it doesn't seem to work and I end up with the AMG album names. How do I get this to work?

Also, can I increment the discnumber each time I insert a disc? I see the [Unique] field...what does that do?

Is there anywhere I can get detailed help on the batch ripper?

    Thanks,
    John

[unique] should give you a unique number each time. But for a 36-CD set, you would also want to have it tagged as Disc n of 36 etc, wouldn't you?
Then [IFMULTI] [Disc [disc]][] is what you need -- and of course you also need to have that metadata correct.
