Mismatch between CD ROM Technical Details & Secure Ripper Options

When setting Secure Ripper Options I have the opportunity to test for C2 Error Pointers support and the Drive Read Cache size

In my case with an LG CRD-8322b, the Secure Ripper Options test results report back that the Drive Read Cache is 0 and that C2 is supported

When clicking on the CD ROM Technical button I receive the following:
    Manufacturer: LG
    CD Drive: CD-ROM CRD-8322B
    Firmware: 1.07
    Serial:
    Maximum Speed: 5645 KB/sec (x32)
    Current Speed: 5645 KB/sec (x32)
    Spin-down After: 1/8 second
    Buffer Size: 128 KB
    Accurate Stream: Yes
    C2 Error Pointers: No
    Reads ISRC: Yes
    Reads UPC: Yes

Notice that the buffer size and C2 results are different

    Does this matter?

    Best wishes
    Nigel

Buffer size on the technical page is not related to audio cache size (audio cache will always be smaller).

If c2 pointers detect part way in when ripping, then I would say the drvie supports them, why it does not advertise it? anyones guess (could be poor support, maybe an oversight).
