Hi.
I have attempted to piece together some info on the Batch Ripper from this forum, but it would be a lot easier if there was an FAQ for this piece of software.
How does it work as a CD ripper? Can someone give me detailed instructions.
I have 15-20,000 CDs that I would like to rip to FLAC for a home music server.
When I have loaded the batch ripper up on my two CD drives, I get no or only partial metadata when I select the two drives.
I just put 2 CDs in and started the batch ripper. The first disc is being ripped without metadata. I have not used the batch ripper to any degree so I certainly have not used up any of my metadata quota.
I have an AMG license for the CD ripper.
I am using version 13.1 beta of dBpoweramp on a AMD 64 x 2 4400+ system running Windows XP.
-------------------
Addendum: The batch ripper only ripped one of the two CDs that were supposed to be ripped.
At a minimum this software is not terribly intuitive (for me).
Thanks.
