    Inconsistent AccurateRip results

In short, either all tracks are all AccuratelyRipped or they are all not Accurately Ripped (but secure) with the same CD and rip settings. It seems quite random, but closing and re-starting dBpoweramp CD Ripper may help.

Any ideas? Please let me know what additional information is required for debugging. I'm in secure mode with a TEAC CD-540 CD-ROM.

Edit: Just started ripping a CD - track one returned a failed AccurateRip (but secure). I cancelled the rip and re-started it immediately and the rips are now Accurate. Huh?!!!

Your CD drive might be failling with its offset, ie rip once and it has a certain offset, rip again and it has another offset.

I think I may have solved this by adding a 2 second spin-up time in the drive settings. Does that make sense?

Not for any track which was not track 1.

Strange, because this has solved the problem 100% of the time.
