    Windows Closing DBPOWERAMP

When I insert a cd to rip, after the communicating message pops up, windows brings up a message saying dbpoweramp has stopped working and closes it!! This is the case for 99% of Cds, the odd one works - REM's Accelerate for example. I've tried reinstalling poweramp & amg but the problem persists. Any ideas??

No, using 12.4. It used to work OK.

Switch off the CD Text option for meta data.

Well, I am using R13, and it isn't quite stable. Not to say that it crashes 99 percent of the time -- rather 0.2 percent, I'd guesstimate -- and it seems not to be album-dependent. But most typically in track 01.

(How many CDs can the cache handle -- and can I tweak this?)

Depends on size of the metadata, it is around 1MB.
