AccurateRIP for all tracks all data?

I've read something about that AccurateRIP does not use the whole contents for the first and last track because of Lead-In/Out. Is this true? Or is there a way to select the CRC for different ripping modes (lead-in and/or lead-out en(/dis)abled)? Or will this be a future feature?

Or is there a way to compare it to the CRCs of each full track? In that case Lead-In/Out parameters should have been set for each track in the database.

I want to compare the tracks ripped on my Pioneer 111D because there are some contradicting statements about the Lead-Out ability of it (whether is has it or not). In that case I would compare it to the tracks that have been read using Lead-Out (thus a full track). Then I can check if Lead-Out has happened (when the CRCs matches) on my 111D.

AccurateRip misses only the first 5 frames which is not even 1/20th of a second.
