numbers before filenames

I've just ripped a CD for which the metadata was obtained from AMG. The titles are correct as they appear in dbpoweramp, but the resulting files are prefixed with 3 or 4 digit numbers, like this:

1370Berceuse for piano in D flat major, Op. 57, CT. 7.flac

Everytime I rerip a given track, the number is different.

Any idea what's going on?

What is your naming scheme in the CD ripper?

[composer]\[album]\[IFMULTI]Disc [disc][]\[title]

The same as it's been for the past month or so.

This happens to be a multicd set; it happens on only two of the four cds.

Are the numbers always constant? if so look at the box above naming 'Path'
