Sending Metadata to AMG / freedb

I have just installed dbpoweramp and ripped some of my cds. One of them (The Blessing/All is Yes) was not recognised so I typed in all the tracks etc. Once ripped I tried to send the info to AMG/freedb - but the menu options under 'Meta / Send Data To' are both greyed-out - how do I activate them?

There is a slight bug in R13, change the artist name (add a 1 to the end and press delete and it should allow submission).
