No AMG response since registering R13

I was working with the trial version of CD ripper and was getting most of my Meta data from AMG. I decided to register for DB reference R13 and now I don't get any responses from AMG. I am getting results from freedb, music brainz and GD3.

My db config says I have 361 days access remaining for AMG, GD3 and MusicBrainz.

    How do I fix this?

Investigate if your security software is blocking AMG, as AMG is very suspectible if its datastream is altered in anyway.

It isn't being blocked by my antivirus and I am only running windows firewall and it was passing that while I was using the trial version. The only thing that changed was registering and downloading the new dbpoweramp.

I can access all music guide via their webinterface without a problem.

I execute the AMG Registration.exe that was on your site and gave it the Dbpoweramp order number as instructed.

DB Config says 361 days left.

How do I get this fixed.

Does CD Ripper use html to communicate with AMG? or is it a proprietary protocol based on TCP or UDP?

Do you authenticate with AMG whenever you request data?

Is there a way to test my license with AMG?

I am just trying to figure out how to test what is wrong with this.

          1. Did you, by chance, disable AMG in the pull down menu of the CD Ripper?

          2. Are you using the cd ripper or the batch ripper?

I have AMG highlighed in the Meta pull down window. They are all highlighted. I am using the CD Ripper, not the batch ripper.

I went back and tried disabling windows firewall and the NOD32 antivirus and it did not change the problem.

I kept hitting refresh on the Beatles White Album (one I know I have gotten data from AMG on before) and a couple of the refreshes actually did get data from AMG. The majority of the refreshes took close to a minute with no data from AMG.

Perhaps AMG were having an off day? really AMG should return results in under 8 seconds (just tested it).

THings seem to be ok now. So it must have been AMG. As to my prior question on the interface between CD Ripper and AMG, Is it html? Also, I have seen mention of the AMG license but I did not receive any AMG specific info concerning the license when I registered my Reference R13 edition of DBPoweramp.

It is html. AMG activation is shown under the download for dBpoweramp.
